We booked our tour directly on the room your way website and I felt compelled to make a review because it was quite honestly the worst tour I have ever participated in in my entire life. We got a message that our tour time had changed from 8:45 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. which quite frankly ruined our entire agenda for the day which we had carefully planned out. But the issue was that the communication was very unclear as it said that our tour time had changed from 9:45 to 10:15. But since we did not have the 9:45 tour, we were unclear if it was a erroneous message. We attempted to contact them repeatedly through the WhatsApp number and through messages and even an email but we got no response all night and even the next day up until 9:30 a.m. and when they finally called us back they just kept repeating the same thing. Your tours at 10:15 your tours at 10:15 with absolutely no apologies whatsoever. It was incredible to me. Beyond that, the tour itself was mediocre at best for one thing. It was very difficult to hear with the one earbud that we were given as we had a lot of interference with the other tour guides connection and thus we could only hear about 90% of what the guide was saying on top of his strong accent which made it even more difficult to understand him. Furthermore, we saw other guides going around and looking at different things. Our group was stuck in a tiny little room while he discussed the inside of the Colosseum because he wanted to get out of the sun. Well, we didn't really have the opportunity after we were stuck in the room. Listening to him talk for about 20 minutes of the tour as we sat while everyone else got to look around and then suddenly we exited. He did not give us a for a warning that we were exiting and suddenly the collesium tour was just over without enough time to really explore or look around. Then unfortunately one of my family members had lost his ticket and thus we could not go to the second part of the tour. And of course the company did not answer the phone and could not reply to him and therefore we could not get a ticket from them online. This was the end of our tour so I cannot comment on the second part of the tour unfortunately. I highly recommend not taking this tour or with this company.

We were at the meeting spot at 8:25 20 minutes prior to the tour at 8:45. We had 3 adults asking different companies about this company. Only 2 of the many companies we asked even knew of this company. Then I messaged them on Viator and they never responded. I then contacted their “emergency” only number and they said they couldn’t find us and they would consider full refund. We asked to be added to the 9:45 but they said we could book with their other company and would consider full refund. We were at the meeting spot the entire time up to 9:45 and never saw a representative from their company. This company is a fraudulent and couldn’t be bothered to show up for a paying company.

Well worth it. We had a fantastic tour guide. So knowledgeable. Was great to see the inside of the coliseum and learn about Roman history. I recommend the tour.
